		<description>This is in the 2009 version of the AFI 36-2903:

2.19. All personal grooming standards apply while participating in physical fitness
activities (refer to AFI 36-2903 table 1.5) with one exception: long female hair will be
secured but may have loose ends

Meaning that you should have it up in a pony tail, but do not need to secure it all the way in a bun. My hair is short, so I put a headband on (that is the same color as my hair). That way it is secured as well.</description>
