		<description>I just talked to Verizon and they don&#039;t give military discount on their unlimited family plan....so we have to pay for two individual plans or take one of the minutes plan with the possibility of going over?? Seriously how is that a discount?? Why is it everyone else gives us straight discounts but to get something from a cell phone company is worse than going to a dentist?</description>

Do you work for AT&amp;T? I have been fighting with them since Nov 2010 for the USN Retired 15% discount, and have
have no success to date. I have sent the required info myself twice, went into an anuthorized vendor four times and had them fax the form, copy of my retired ID card, and FAN Code and to date nary a discount has shown up on
my statement.</description>
