    Hi … seeking the old Army daily dozen physical fitness routine (era late 50′s). Found this an easy way keep in shape. Need to download this simple routine. Thanks for help.

    I’m looking for one too – Army has changed training, no more Daily Dozen – I was a Army PT Instructor in 1953-1954
